The entire process was made easy!
Our basement flooded at 2:30am caused by our water softener fitting…they were at our home with equipment within 1.5hrs (as we live about 45 mins away)and had 200+ gallons removed in a short amount of time. Dryer equipment and preventative measures for mold were left in place until dry. They checked in regularly with us on progress and worked directly with our insurance so the entire process was made easy! We had pretty extensive water damage from a broken water line on the dishwasher. We called Kevin before the office was open and left a message. Kevin called back right away and was there within an hour. He quickly assessed the damaged areas and started taking up the flooring. Within just a few hours, he had all damaged flooring removed and brought in fans to start drying out the floors. He put all damaged materials in his truck so we had no messy clean up to do. Kevin was very polite, helpful, and over all a wonderful person to work with. He made a really stressful situation a little easier to deal with.
